April 5, 2025 – Schuylkill Bicentennial Committee, rail tour of canal sites along the upper Schuylkill navigation. This is part of a series of events to commemorate the 200th anniversary. More information on events can be found on the PHL Water History website.
September 21-25, 2025, The World Canals Conference will be held in Buffalo, NY. The host hotel is the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The theme of the conference is Sustaining Our Multidimensional Inland Waterways. More information is found here.
